I ordered in July and was told 4 months... so I was given the time frame up front and know that it might be November before I see it. Maybe some weren't told about the time frames? I almost think having the tracker is worse than having nothing and just knowing you need to wait for the dealer to call.

I wasn't given any kind of time frame, I just figured it'd be October before it arrived. Between the tracker and this thread ... it was a little painful to see orders getting filled before mine, but I didn't have a meltdown. A few should be rightfully concerned about the lack of communication they've received, but others ... well we've all read thru the comments. My initial response was regarding Reign orders ... no one knows anything but Jeep at this point and that's the way it'll be until it's not. ?

Hi Micki, take a look at the interactive spreadsheets found in this thread. Be sure to select the proper 2 or 4 door spreadsheet and work through the options as described in the thread. Hope that helps.

I've looked through them. The year of the jeeps on that spreadsheet say 2022 even though the thread says 2023. I've sent out a question about it. It might just be a typo.

Re: your other post...I'm guessing that you can get the invoice number once you've built and ordered? I think I'm able to order without any deposits. How can the agent do this and not loose money? I was told by the credit union I'm not obligated, if I don't like the color etc.. Would the agent then just put it out on a lot?

Also, you meant VIN number not VON...right?..(wouldn't know what a VON was!)

I have a lot of options/add-ons too (window sticker below). Just my theory, but I think dealer allocation and when you order has the biggest impact of when a person's jeep is built. I ordered early on and was the third 2023 order at my dealership (the two in front of me were 392's). That's just my theory though.

It’s definitely an interesting way they have of processing things! My order was confirmed on 7/6 and I see August orders built and shipped. I might have had a meltdown but only to myself ?

No I went through a different dealership closer to where I live. I have found in the past I get a lot better service when something breaks if I take it the dealer I bought it from (at least with my Audi's). I did use Mike's discount at Mall of GA when negotiating with my dealership.

Yes it seems like everything coming to Atlanta goes by train, which really increases the time it takes.

I honestly don't care enough to ask. Just trying to help put things into perspective. Not trying to be rude, but this thread clearly shows many people ordering obviously were not emotionally equipped to handle the ordering process in our world of entitlement. Glad I can finally disconnect from this particular thread.

Wow. Kind put-down. You must have rolled out of bed in a bad mood. Leaving doesn't exclude you from the Ugly American entitlement group. Some people have worked hard for this and deserve something nice and are allowed to be excited. Some of us know enough to be grateful for opportunities and freedoms we have. Being rude is easy. There are volunteer opportunities in Somalia, Yemen, Syria, Ukraine or down the street. Thank you for your judgements.

I’m seriously about to pull the plug… I can’t believe there is zero communication from Jeep or my dealer about when the heck they are going to start building my Jeep… maybe I need to scrap the reign and order a sting gray. Then I could have it in 4 weeks like most other people on here smh

Many of us are frustrated, particularly if you've seen ZERO movement. That's what this forum is for. This isn't a high school reunion where everyone pretends that everything in their life rocks.
