Not suggesting you shouldn't email them, but my order was confirmed almost 7 weeks ago and I still haven't received an email. Dealership doesn't know why & everything looks good from their end.

I'm right there with you....Only silver lining with it that i'm at right now is that people are saying their jeeps are showing up without the tracker updating. I have not had any movement on mine for 2 weeks now.

Ordered Jeep Rubicon 4XE in High Velocity Yellow on July 9, Been sitting in D1 status for 32 days and finally today rolled into Production Status. Super happy. Dealer is saying eta of 9/5, website says 9/24. Just happy were making progress. Good luck to everyone and have a great day. Thought I would share…

Did you reach out to your dealer? Mine showed a D1 to D regression on my build sheet and then wound up being built yesterday. The tracker is garbage.

I feel like I see most people with theirs already being shipped on here and haven’t seen too many ppl post they were waiting. Maybe I am wrong, or I’m just getting Antsy.

Yah some are in transit and some are like us
Vehicle is built but its in the inspection or mopar accessory stage

Yeah I’m just impatient knowing my Jeep was built over a week ago and still hasn’t shipped to the dealership 10 minutes away is kind of getting annoying.

Well I figure the fact that I'm still in D status isn't vert exciting, so I'm personally not posting updates. I suspect those getting built and shipped are def the minority. Although hopefully not for long! Haha

Is this normal or should I be worried? I thought a VIN would at least exist sooner.

My dealer is unresponsive (and I haven’t been one to hound them). The GM had placed the order itself since I had submitted the request on their sites’ email form - so he entered it and priced it and had others collect the deposit. Super easy sale for them, but I’m worried maybe the issue is that I don’t really have a salesperson owning follow up as a result. I’ve tried connecting with the folks he handed me off to after ordering but they don’t respond.

Your dealer should have the VIN by now
