I ordered my 23 Willys in black before Reign was announced. Quick phone call to dealer and the order was changed. Status was order accepted and had not moved to scheduled. After submitting the change order I used the chat function to confirm from Jeep that the change had been made.I have a crazy question. (Possibly crazy) Has anyone requested a color change after they have ordered, but prior to production....successfully?

Happy for you????Just got a call that my 2023 Sahara (Sky One Touch) has arrived at the dealership!!! Picking it up this evening.
For reference: my tracker is showing “Built” and has not even hit “Shipped” yet.
est. delivery is 9/2, but it was delivered today, 8/30.
Ordered: 6/14
Vin: 6/16
Scheduled: 7/6
In production: 8/16
Built: 8/22
Delivered 2.5 hours away from Toledo on 8/30.
previous estimated delivery of 9/6 which was then pushed back to 9/7.

Jeep emailed the order number to me. Maybe you will get it in an email too.Love watching the status for everyone. My wife ordered our second Jeep and the dealership won't give her the order number. They said they stopped doing that because they were getting too many calls from customers when ever an issue popped up on the tracking status. Lame. We get to miss out on the fun, but I can live through your posts.

That's BS, isn't it their job to give you the VON and to follow up with customers?Love watching the status for everyone.
