That is what I am thinking to. Now that it is built, they will be able to refine the logistics of transport. I am hoping it just means it will be sooner now that it is built, being the star-eyed optimist about the situation.

The dealership I ordered from is only 10 minutes away from the factory. He can see mine is built, he expects it to be here in the next week or so! ?that actually happens!

I sent a text my dealer once I saw it was built in the tracker. When I ordered, he said it is typical 2-3 weeks from built until it is on their lot, but he has seen it in less than a week and a month or more.

I was totally patient about the whole order process until I saw it was in production, now I can't wait to get it.

It said estimated delivery date of 9/5 yesterday now it says TBD. anyone elses do that?

I think a lot of us have that now.

They could at least make it so Jeep Chat could answer simple things like build dates when the tracker shows you're scheduled! Why bother having Jeep chat for order statuses if they get "no information?!" gahhh.

Jeep Chat isn't for order statuses. You literally have to choose "other" from the list to ask Jeep Chat for the status and all they do is tell you what the tracker says. Jeep Chat is for other customer service related questions. They made the "pizza tracker" so people would stop harassing the Jeep Chat agents.

Ordered a few days apart from same dealer. Current status of both. One is built the other is scheduled. (Mine is the green?)

my estimated delivery date was 9-18 but now it shows TBD. I’ll just go pick it up from ohio myself ?

Quite possible but I'm not in a crazy rush..gonna enjoy my Diesel for as long as I can .. also just filled up the tank last night, I need to drive off some of those expensive gallons
