Thanks! Yes, when I received the VIN the ship by date was 8/18. Then it went to 8/19. Checked with the dealer on 8/19 and they said the ship by date showed 8/26 as of that morning. Checked the pizza tracker this morning and was surprised that it said 8/21. When I received the VIN from the dealer he said this was the 4th in production. Guessing he meant 392. Trying not to check for updates too often, but damn it’s tough to try and forget about it! Good luck on your order!

Interesting 4th from the dealer, or 4th in 2023?! I am surely behind a ton of folks as I didn't jump into the 392 wagon until 8/12. Understandably, I know it is going to be a few until I can be sharing exact excitements. Checking in, or not for that fact, is the hard part of this process. My YouTube recommendations have slowly been taken over by 392 videos. I will know all the bolts and quirks of this vehicle well before I am sitting in the driver seat of mine. lol. Just glad the dealers aren't doing what they are doing to those poor Z06 folks. Bidding war, just to have the privilege to pay ADM.

Nice! Does your pizza tracker show this too or just the dealer? My dealer has been radio silent since the deposit, so I’m hoping that pizza tracker works because I haven’t even gotten a vin yet!

No, pizza tracker just has the order processed date and scheduled date, but no VIN (I got the VIN from my salesman).

The more of this I see, the more I deduce that it's all liquid based upon dealer allocation, parts availability and delivery logistics. Only one of those three is predetermined. Dealer allocation. The other two pieces will determine build and delivery dates.

And, unless you work for FCA and have access to all parts availibility along with parts replenishment dates, we will never, ever have any kind of reliable expectation as to when any of this will happen.

I agree that we'll never figure out all the pieces to the puzzle from order date until it arrives at the dealer lot.

Dealer allocation likely has a good bit to do with how orders are generally slotted. I would think parts availability would dictate when it actually gets into production, maybe apart from loose items that wouldn't need to be installed in the actual production line. Once you are in production, I wouldn't think parts allocation would enter into it unless it is something like the cargo tub liner or some other ancillary part. I could see how delivery logistics are constantly changing up to the last minute.

My order was confirmed 6/2 and my vin is number 140… scheduled build/ ship date is 8/23 so really hoping I get an email or text or pizza tracker update tomorrow or at least this week. I know the first 2.5 months of waiting were prior to production starting, but the last 1.5 weeks have been hard.

I'm late to the party but first thing this morning my build sheet was online and updated on crypto.
Tracker shows 10/14 delivery date.
I'm in Oklahoma, for reference.

Dealer emailed me this morning, mine is fully built and awaiting final inspection. Still shows "In Production" on the tracker.

What's your est. delivery date?

I was spending too much time checking Jeep tracker, crypto stickers, build sheet URL, window sticker URL, etc. So I spent a half a day writing a server to aggregate this information and email it to me every hour (I use IFTTT for the every hour part)

I open sourced it (https://github.com/towerism/jeep-tracker). But I wrote it for me, and I don't really expect this to be useful to anyone else.

The subject line is #VON: Status - build sheet (0 or 1) - window sticker (0 or 1)
The body of the message contains links to the build sheet and window sheet if they were found.

I'm kinda weird and obsessive, so at least for now this has been reducing some of the mental stress around manually checking the various sites to get this information multiple times a day.

Not sure if this matters - but when I went on crypto I added the wrong order date by accident. There is no way to update that....from what I'm seeing either. Regardless, I'll be 2 months since order date this Weds...with no updates. I did get a VIN back on July 1 though.

No worries. Lots of people do that on accident. A lot of the order dates on cryptostickers are really just the date that they were added to the cryptostickers system. Most people know to take it with a grain of salt.

Why do you think there is such a long gap between going into production on like 8/19 and delivery on 10/17, does it really take 2 months

My 2022 was built on 8/9 and still isn't showing it shipped. Dealer ETA was 10/1. At the rate it's going I'll have my '23 before the 2022 is delivered.

OK - good. I didn't think it would impact anything regarding the build, etc. I just wanted to get correct tracking if I could.
