Same here ordered reign 7/14 only in D status. There is another forum for region orders only two are in production the rest of us have no movement.

For the past 3 weeks I’ve been requesting a status update from my dealer every Monday. Below are the past 3 weeks updates. You can see, every week the estimated ship date has been steadily pushed back a day at a time. I found that interesting.

I’ve never received an email!! Ordered 7/16. I have a vin. Was at my dealership getting an oil change today asked them for an update. They said I show D1 with an estimated ship date of 9/8. But still never an email from anyone.

The email is from Jeep Wave welcoming you. Some people get it early in the process, others get it when it's closer to shipping. I wouldn't worry. The good news is you are in D1 and have an estimated ship date.

Seems a little odd. Most people report their dealer has more up-to-date info than most of the trackers. ?‍

Can you ask them to send you a current copy of your POC? That's usually the most accurate source of current status.
