2023 JEEP WRANGLER 4-DOOR SAHARA 4XE

After 10 months of waiting ( ordered july 30th 2022) my dealer finaly told me in April that my jeep was getting ready for transport to Canada. It's been in Ottawa since April 7th (dealer told me) and ETA is still TBD. Anyone knows how it could be stuck for that long ?

Are you saying Ottawa Canada OR Ottawa Ohio? ? I only ask because my salesman at one time told me some reference to Canada in transport talks...turned out to be Ottawa OH. There is an Ottawa Ohio close to the Toledo factory.

Blew his mind, he said he always wondered why a percentage of the US orders passed through Canada! ??

An early April ship date would line it up with the inclement weather hold process that seems to be tying up some orders. Sitting in Ohio would also explain the dealer still having a TBD ESD.

That would make so much more sense ! ? im on the verge of buying a regular wrangler and forget about this 4xe ..

Ordered a 2023 2-door MT Willys on January 9th and also a 2024 2-door automatic Willys on April 28th. I wonder which one will come in first?

My guess is your 23 manual will arrive same as mine on February 30th

I was just thinking us 23’s still waiting should be able to possibly negotiate a decent discount especially now that 24’s are being queued up and potentially built by the time we get ours

So is your plan to keep both, or to only grab which comes first?

I plan on purchasing the 2024 when it comes in. For the 2023, I haven’t asked to get my deposit back yet (ordered from a different dealership). First, I’m curious when it will be delivered. Second, I will definitely screw with the dealership to see how low they’ll drop the price.

I’ll definitely only be purchasing one of them. At this point I plan to get the 2024. I like the standard upgrades for the Willys package in the 2024s. It will be tempting to grab the 2023 when it comes in, especially if the 2024 hasn’t been scheduled to be built yet.

If they hit the dealers at the same time, it might be a fun decision.
