I have the cold weather package. Ordered it on 1/2, and D1 on 1/27, it was built 2/9 and shipped on 2/11. My dealer stated it should be here no later than 2/23. I hope so. I ordered a 4xe and I want the opportunity for a full tax rebate.

Based on the info I've seen...4xe qualifies for the full rebate all year now (updated within the last week or so).

Jeep Tracker is not updating. Got an email, Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Is Scheduled to Be Built. Checked with the dealership and confirmed but no ETA date yet!

This isn't just you...their tracking isn't updated in the API used for JeepTracker.com either...but I also got an email saying my Jeep was shipped today and nothing shows it's updated except the email (so I can't see ETA!!!!)

Got confirmation a few days ago that my new JLU Willys XR 2.0T Sting Gray has been shipped! Estimated delivery date is 6 March. Don't know if that is shipped to the central shipping point in Portland, or actually to the dealership.

Which dealership did you use? I used the one over in Hillsboro because I had a good experience with my first Jeep from them. No ETA update for me though, just shipped today.

I purchased my Jeep through McCords Dodge Jeep Chrysler Ram here in Longview, WA at their dealer invoice price. This is my first time buying a vehicle from them.

I ordered it from them because:

1. They are in my hometown (literally, I could walk there from my house in about 20 - 30 minutes).

2. I figure if I have a warranty issue or something like that, they're close by and will treat me better than if I had bought it from another dealer and was now bringing it to them for whatever reason.

3. They say they provide a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. As much as I am a Jeepaholic (I've also got a 98 TJ and a 46 CJ2A), I know they aren't always as reliable as say... my Toyota or my wife's Subaru. So that gives me a little peace of mind.

We'll see over the next few years if this plays out like I hope, or if I should have just ordered my JLU from somewhere else in the country and just flown out there and picked it up. I know I could have got it cheaper if I had done that, but I'm hoping my reasoning above makes it worth it in the long run.
