@NDRugby After the Tracker changes my 12/21 projected delivery date yesterday. I got an email from the Jeep Tracker this morning that may be indicating my Jeep has been delivered. Also, in the second screen shot another tracker seems to indicate delivered also.

Under Delivered it shows that it is the current status.

Nice. So is it at the dealer? See how it says the current status is both Shipped and Delivered, and then also says N under display for delivered? That's what causes the double status at once in the email. Jeep has royually messed this whole thing up.

My estimated delivery just changed in the tracker from Dec 15 to TBD. Has anyone else had this happen and did it end up meaning it was delivered ?

Mine did this when it was one day out from my estimated delivery date. Turns out it had already been delivered to the dealer two days earlier. My Jeep still doesn't show delivered in the trackers.

I see you are from Oklahoma, I guess they are waiting for one of the other 20 people who live out there to order a Jeep so they aren’t just sending yours alone.

At least that’s what I think of when I think of Oklahoma

Called them and was told my order has exceed the time for it's current status.
They are "elevating my order " and gave me a case number.
Im pretty sure this "feel good move" is just a pacifier.
Not very happy with their process. We do pay a delivery fee...

I got a case number about 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard boo since… not trying to be a downer just agree with your comments

I know, that's why I questioned if I should be worried! Originally, my sales person told me 2-3 months to delivery. Maybe he knows someone

Your JEEP probably already has 800 miles on it from them using it as the lunch carrier……..and hauling parts all over the grounds just to keep the production line going. ?

Must be the same guy in charge of the transmission management programming on my 2020 Grand Cherokee……..

Build sheet gets posted when the build moves to E (or couple days after). Once completed the window sticker gets issued.
