Click the Chat box in the lower right hand corner. You have to get through the automated stuff to get to a real person, they will ask for Last Name, Vehicle Order Number and email address. Tell them you have been stuck at C status for xx days and wondering what is going on.
I tried that. I ordered 9/3 and stuck in C since 9/6. The rep that I got on Chat said that I was in the timeframe and that they couldn’t do anything to help me. I’ve tried 2x and got same response. They were of no help to me.

I'm not really that big on Bronco at all, but I find it insanely hard to accept the 4-door. The 2-door doesn't look half bad, but the bodylines of the 4-door bug me.

Plus, they're just using Jeep culture as a blueprint for Bronco culture (not that I'm a huge fan of Jeep culture, but it's funny nonetheless). There's a Bronco wave and they're starting to organize Bronco-specific events in the vein of Easter Jeep Safari and Jeep Jamboree...

They can have the ducking thing, though.

Seriously, Bronco owners, if there are any of you lurking here reading this - please, for the love of four wheel drive, just take the ducking thing.
Yeah we had 2 doors on order! Agreed though, it was a blatant rip off of what has made Jeep successful and it worked. It got a lot of people excited for that style that never wanted a Jeep initially. What’s funny is the Bronco has introduced a lot of people to Jeep merely because Ford has f’ed the reservation holders so bad that people have just left and bought a Jeep instead. I’ve been ducked once, it was funny but I’m not buying ducks for anyone.

Didn't your dealer tell you that you were being built, though?

They should be able to provide you with a printout / screenshot / PDF from the DealerConnect site that looks like this, which would confirm whether your tracker is broken, assuming you really are in produciton...

i noticed on the bottom area where it says scheduling priority yours says 1-Sold Order. Mine says Dealer Order. Does that make a difference? i definitely did a custom order and even gave my dealer a deposit when we did the order.

Sounds like your dealer ordered it as a stock order. Did they give you a VON and are you able to check the status on the pizza tracker?

Honestly, I think the only thing that changes is the custom window sticker.

Deposits are meaningless.

Yes. They gave me a VON and I also have the VIN from them as well. I have been able to track it since the week after I ordered it.

I was told that if I didn’t place a deposit then it technically wouldn’t be mine when it came in and that someone else could buy it but since I placed a deposit it is for me only.

Well, I hate to be the one to tell you (don't kill the messenger - I used to be a licensed dealer in multiple states), that deposit is nothing more than a non-binding act of professional courtesy between you and the dealer, as are deposits in almost every case.

In the state of Colorado, for instance, it is illegal for a dealer to keep a buyer's deposit, yet every dealer around here says to custom order a vehicle a "non-refundable deposit" is required. Yet, when you call them out on the law in Colorado, they will admit they have no way to keep your deposit, and must refund it to you if you choose to walk away from the purchase for any reason. On the same token, a dealer could take a deposit and still decide they aren't going to sell the vehicle to the person that ordered it. In that case they could refund the deposit and sell it to someone else, even if the original buyer that ordered it wants to buy the vehicle.

If someone ordered a 392 during the wild car market of the last 2 years, and had an agreement with the dealer that they would purchase it at $5K over MSRP (remember, scenario is 2020-2021), and then it someone else got word the 392 was coming in and offered the dealer $25K over MSRP to buy it, the dealer could sell the Jeep out from under the person that ordered it... Would this be a shitty thing to do? Yes. Would they probably lose that person's business forever? Yes. Are there shitty dealers out there that do shitty things all the time? Yes.

The only 2 things I can think of that might matter, but not sure would be:
1. How the factory handles/prioritizes the orders. I would assume there is a difference but so far that doesn't seem necessarily true.
2. Price protection. Not sure if dealer orders are price locked at order, but I know that custom orders can be.

Same here with 392XR, confirmed 7/7
Have you reached out to your dealer? I did not see anything on the trackers at all until it went to build, but the Dealer informed me weeks ago status was D1. I placed my order 5 days after yours. 7/12. Mine started the build process two days ago. You may be close. Call them if you haven't!

I am at the same status, I am assuming the shipping from Ohio to Louisiana is the issue. I have connections in the trucking industry if they need help scheduling a truck I can make it happen lol!!
How long has it been built? I ordered from a dealership in Louisiana too. Mine was built Oct 3rd, loaded on the train Oct 11th, in Port Allen on Oct 20th, and at the dealership around Oct 25th.

To be fair, the wait was excruciating, so I feel you there. But it all melts away. Post as soon as yours gets movement!
"Excruciating" I ordered 2 MONTHS before you and it was just built! LOL. You don't know Excruciating! haha

My order got canceled by Jeep Canada. They took my deposit processed the factory order and I get a call saying a week later that they cant/wont built it (no explination) just "buy what's on the lot". I ordered a fully loaded 4dr. Rubicon 2.0T with the recon package. Sounds like they are pushing people into the competitors arms.
