I tried that. I ordered 9/3 and stuck in C since 9/6. The rep that I got on Chat said that I was in the timeframe and that they couldn’t do anything to help me. I’ve tried 2x and got same response. They were of no help to me.https://fcacommunity.force.com/Jeep/s/article/How-do-I-contact-Jeep2
Click the Chat box in the lower right hand corner. You have to get through the automated stuff to get to a real person, they will ask for Last Name, Vehicle Order Number and email address. Tell them you have been stuck at C status for xx days and wondering what is going on.
