The tracker doesn’t show D status it only shows C and then D1 once you’re scheduled. once you go into D1, the tracker will show your Vin and schedule date. I sure hope mine changes soon it’s been too long in D status ?

Mine was ordered 17AUG and 18AUG i got schedued and VIN but nothing else on the tracker. Dealer says they cant pull up a build date either. Judging off other people who were scheduled around 18AUG I am guessing I am in the 19SEP build week

I posted that to hopefully make some people understand the process as there seems to be a lot of confusion and people asking questions like, “why yours and not mine?” I thought that having some understanding would help to quell their concerns a bit.

Yes, I ordered on July 4th. I didn’t even expect my salesman to be working. He placed the order immediately so I got the the VON within minutes.

Yes, I was scheduled on July 6th, but so was almost everyone else that had ordered before that date.

I feel fortunate, yes but not as fortunate as the guys taking delivery right now. It’s all relative.
For all I know, mine might spend a lifetime missing the train to SoCal and I’ll never get it.

Good intentions are fine. We're all playing the guessing game. But I think humor is more important than opinions here; not everyone has humor to bring to the table but there's opinions for literal pages.

1) delivered to the rail station (waiting for transport to dealership) or
2) already been transported/delivered to the dealership?

I saw an article in The Hill, see below, that there is a potential for a nationwide freight rail strike is looming. Roughly 115,000 rail workers could walk off the job as soon as Sept. 16 if they cannot agree to a new contract with railroads. Now that will really impact the economy and further delay our orders.

My jeep is status - KZ, Built! Est Delivery is now TBD. Looking through the buildsheet, it says LT255/75R17C Tires, Bridgestone Brand Tires. This is on a JLU Willys. Anyone know what Bridgestone tires they would put on a Willys instead of the Firestone Destinations?

EDIT: Found a thread on here that says Bridgestone owns Firestone label, so it should be the Destinations on the jeep

Thanks, that’s what I thought but Jeep is saying estimated delivery on 9/9 but dealer is saying it should be delivered by rail by 9/15 and then transport to dealership takes another 3 - 14 days which would put it later in the month.

Believe Bridgestone and Firestone are the same company. But they put Bridgestone on the build sheet. Could be wrong but that’s what I’ve seen posted on here before.

Yeah I've been watching this too. Fingers-crossed mine gets on and off the train before the 16th so there is no risk.

Don't rely on the pizza tracker. Your dealer will have the best and most up to date information.

My dealer told me the estimated ship date for mine (that will end up being the build date), but the pizza tracker still just shows scheduled.

and for my experience recently, you don't have to bother your salesman. Try using the chat feature on your dealer website or another person called the main sales line and had someone look up the status for them.

Lol. Just tried that and by the time I realized I was chatting with a fucking robot, they said they'd have a salesguy call me.

If I'm intentionally trying to avoid bothering my dealer, already have his contact info and I'm using their website chat, why in the hell would I want someone to call me?

I'm one of those orders as well. OC 8/18, D1 8/23 and am hoping to get a real time answer/date from my dealer tomorrow for est. build. Will post if they give me one

Thankfully he just emailed me and confirmed that he's still expecting it there near the end of this month, but just now told me my "estimated ship date" is 9/21 - isn't that usually the "start of production" date? If so, with production time and shipping time, that seems overly optimistic.
