This is depressing! Order confirmed 06.15 and scheduled 08.16 then nothing. Then there are orders placed in August already built and shipped! Ughhhh

Same situation as me, except I ordered 6/9. Our time will come!

Did you get a build date from your dealer? Mine is 9/16

It's not "fair", but whining about it doesn't make it go faster. I've done my whining and now wait (im)patiently.
Oh I agree. I have no intention of pestering the dealership once they are able to give a vin. There are 'good enough' tracking tools (I just want to be sure it's not in a weird / broken state in the system too). In my case, I need to renew my insurance policy and ideally want to get a jeep quote at the time I make my decision on where to renew. They only seem to be able to give me a quote if I have a vin, otherwise I might have to shop around twice.

This is pretty normal
Usually goes in production after a month of scheduled date

Did you choose many options when you ordered? The impression I got when ordering was that if I got a basic vehicle, with no options, I could get one delivered in half the time.
I ordered a JLUR XR with almost every option and I am in trim as of this morning. I feel like the no options thing for a faster delivery is more of an urban myth.

If you look at 2022 ordering thread, there was no rhyme or reason to why certain people got their Jeep quicker than others. What options they did or didn't have really did not matter.

I contacted Jeep about this very issue yesterday. Jeep told me to contact my dealership, who had referred me to Jeep. If I don't see any movement after most/all of the other orders on this forum do, I'll go full Darren and contact the GM's boss's boss's boss and demand to speak with his/her manager.

Anyone with an order shipped to Socal yet? What is your ETA?

Mine shipped 8/28 but the ETA has not updated (originally 10/15 now TBD)

In theory, yours could get built faster, because they don't need to wait for part availability from many (if any) vendors in Toledo. Again, that's in theory.
Or could be last because they don't have the window cranks and manual locks... who knows with Jeep - I'm sure in their heads it all makes sense but out here in the waiting room there just isn't any logic to the build process it seems.

Well, one thing is for sure... ordering a 2-door is absolutely NOT the fastest way to get your 2023 Jeep built. So far we have only seen ONE 2-door 2023 model with a build date. One. 4-doors are getting built left and right.

My salesperson just told me that my 23 JLU Rubi Diesel has an estimated ship date of 9/16, but the pizza tracker still says this:

781F4A39-45B2-47D2-B927-70525ADC46A5.jpeg

do the dealers have more info than the tracker shows?

also, if the ship date is 9/16, when do you think it’ll arrive in Phoenix? I need to buy airfare, so I’d like as much advance notice as possible!

thanks,

Rusty
I ordered a 23 JLU Sahara High Altitude on August 6th and was scheduled on August 16th. My dealer is also showing a estimated ship date of September 6th but no movement on the pizza tracker. From what I have read on various forums, the "est ship date" is really when your vehicle starts build. I am not sure if this is factual but this is what I have seen. All the best to you in this waiting game!

Any delay due to not having parts on hand could come and go. They may have 25 of a needed part and can build those 25, but then the next 25 may have to wait for a resupply of that part. Then they get in 25 more and they build 25 more. You cannot assume that any delay keeps all Jeeps from being built, maybe your was just Jeep #26...
