Same here, VIN and Status D, tentative scheduled build.

If I recall, this means they are just waiting for all the subassemblies to arrive for it before scheduling?

Status C is tentative. D status means they've committed to building it.

My VIN also populated on the pizza tracker this morning (did a little happy dance).
So, from what I’ve read previously that means production on 23s has started? I’ve been sitting in D1 status for a while now and hope that’s a good sign.

I am in D status, not D1, and received my VIN within two days of my order being placed. Still just "Order Confirmed" on the pizza tracker.

Is your VIN showing on the pizza tracker though? That's what Jocko was saying above, that it seems like only people who are scheduled are seeing their VIN on the tracker

I was notified mid July that I was in D1 and have a mid-late August build date. My VIN is showing up on tracker too. You're theory seems correct from my standpoint.
