I'm leaving on Saturday from Virginia Beach and should get there by Monday night.
I'll start hitting trails on Tuesday.
I'll be running:
Seven mile rim
Dome plateau
Fins and things
Cameo cliffs
Top of the world

Do we need something in our registration packets to get onto a trail? I get in Sunday and have a trail Monday morning.

I'm assuming that trail leads will know that I'm signed up...

Trail leaders have a sheet with everyone's info. Just show up and check in with the people running the trail.

It's good to bring a pen with you to fill out the waivers.

Are dogs ok on the trails? Mine sits in the back.

Depends. If the trail is in any of the national parks, you can't bring pets. A lot of the trails are not.

I'll be there Friday for the Expo, might run Hells revenge late afternoon before driving home.
I ran Top of the World on 3/25 and it was an absolute mess on the way back down, once the ice and snow had melted. I think more snow just came down last night as well. Just a heads up for anyone planning to run that one.

LOL - could not see the road - total white-out. Snowing sideways, low ceiling, blowing hard. I-70 was closed for ice so I took a county road west which thankfully was straight and flat.

My friend who was going to caravan with me had a personal issue and can make it to EJS.
I don't feel comfortable driving 2,500 miles, wheel for a week, and drive another 2,500 miles back home solo. Something may break or get damaged on the trails, so I had to cancel my trip as well.

Cancelation cut-off time was 03/20/23. Don't know if ride purchases are transferable, but if they are, and anyone is interested on one of my purchases please PM me.

I booked Seven mile rim, Dome plateau, Fins and things and Cameo cliffs, starting Tuesday 4th.
