Ok, but which head mine or the one in the 3.6L?... On a more serious note, Isn't 0w20 correct weight ? as it comes with that oil weight brand new and the dealer insists on it. .. I did use 5w20 because of the warm feeling but to me it did seem that its a bit too thin.
No you should use the recommended weight, 0w20. I was referring to the past design that used 5w20 conventional.

Sorry to hear you are having bad luck. My previous 3.6L gave me 8 years of trouble free enjoyment. While it sucks not having your vehicle now, know that it will be taken care of eventually. Warranties are great for new cars and do your research on the lemon law just to be prepared if it comes to that.

30 days so far.
Interestingly, the dealer called today to let me know they now have all the parts.
Service guy says my Jeep will be ready on Monday so I am keeping my fingers crossed that they don’t find anything else to disappoint me.

Jeep Cares actually stepped up for me. They obtained all the part information from my dealer and escalated it to Jeep corporate recourses that handle the part expediting. And they got the ETA moved up from February 2021 to today.
Update:

After more than 30 days of patiently waiting for the parts to arrive so the dealer can start the repair, my Jeep still not fixed.
The new valve cover and O2 sensor didn’t work and they are still trying to figure out.
So it doesn’t look like I will have it back this month.

What do you mean it didn't work? Is it leaking, or not?

No clue. I got the status (that they are still trying to fix it) from Jeep Cares rep rather than my dealer. The dealer didn’t return my call for an update.

I would be concerned if I didn't know what was actually wrong with my Jeep.

Who says I am not concerned?
I just expect very little from the dealer and Jeep at this point.

Mine is all good after new valve cover and new spark plugs.
Jeep has put on almost 3500 miles since the repair.
