2019 JLU windshield spontaneously cracking

Has anyone had any success with their bullshit windshield spontaneously cracking? 10 months old, red light, and it cracked. I was over 20k and was brushed off. Sent an email only to be told the same thing. How is jeep not in the hook for the 1000s of people advising of the same issue. Is there a class action or anything that anyone is aware of?

Been following this JL forum and another JL forum for over 2 years now. Have seen no other posts from a JL owner saying the windshield on their JL "spontaneously" cracked/broke. Just yours...

One gal did say her rear JL hatch window spontaneously broke. She had a bike real near the window on a carrier.

Yes, a lot of posts saying something hit the JL's windshield and the flimsy, piece of chitt JL windshield cracked/broke.

My guess is your windshield had a very slight ding lets call it and with temperature change (heat or AC, outside temps your windshield broke thanks to that weak point from the ding.

If the windshield have an original install issue, like it was tweaked in it's mounting frame, then it would have let loose sooner then after 10 months of driving..
