spontaneous windshield fracture

Has anyone had any success with their bullshit windshield spontaneously cracking? 10 months old, red light, and it cracked. I was over 20k and was brushed off. Sent an email only to be told the same thing. How is jeep not in the hook for the 1000s of people advising of the same issue. Is there a...
