I have a 2018 jeep Rubicon I’m looking at doing a suspension lift possibly 2 inches. I know I can fit 35s underneath that stock but I think it would look better with 35s and a 2 inch suspension lift. Anybody have any input on this thank you

Do it. Just figure out your budget and what your off roading goals are. There are max flex kits that are more and less expensive kits with just adjustable lowers that will be less.

next warning is that the mopar “2 inch” lift is actually more than 2 inches. If you only want 2 inches try to find one that’s actually only 2 inches after settling. I’d suggest a rock krawler 2.5 inch kit although there are lots of kits out there. What kind of budget are you looking at?

I have a 2018 with 35s and went with a 2" Rough Country spacer lift. I went that route mostly due to cost. The ride is still good and I've no complaints. I had a local shop do the install. The total cost was about $600.

Budget wise I’m not worried about. I just want a good kit. Do you know anything about the auto park engaged feature on these jeeps. I never had my doors off and last night when I left a store my drivers door was shut and I put it into drive When I started to go my vehicle automatically came to a dead stop the drive button on the automatic shift was flashing and it said auto park I had shipped it back into park went back to drive then the auto park engaged warning light came on and I was able to drive it and it keeps doing this even with the seatbelt on

I really liked my Jeep's looks without the lift.

The only reason I got the lift was for more travel and longer legs. I like keeping the tires on the ground.

Still, no rubbing and more comfortable with stock springs. I'd recommend going to 35's and upgrading the shocks. Leave everything else alone.

See how you like it and then if you feel the lift is still needed, move on with the build. :dunno:

Auto park sucks. Wish there was a way to turn it off. Just close the door(s) go to park and then shift back to drive.

The doors are closed on this is happening. I just disconnected the wiring harness that goes to the drivers door and it drove just fine it’s only doing it when the harness is connected
