A quick couple questions for you since your Jeep is the inspiration for mine (don't worry, I'm not getting the tan top or the Warn Jackhammers lol). Did you get the $1,400 kit without the shocks or the $2,000 kit that includes the shocks? Is the ride better or comparable to the stock ride? Have you experienced any issues with your driveshafts making contact with the other parts under articulation?
Yes, It's the lift without the shocks and it's pretty comparable to the stock ride. I have the Fox 2.0 shocks.

My last question is have you regeared or do you think it's fine without doing so?

Hello. Please post the name of your lift kit, wheels, and tires. I will be getting my willys soon and need guidance.

Also, what will result in higher lift - the mopar lit or adding rubicon springs?

Thanks
The Mopar lift will be ~2" higher than the Rubicon springs would give you. Lift kit numbers are based off of the Rubicon.

Just a plain old sport, but I have a hybrid of what you asked. Mopar lift with Fox shocks, lcas, sway links, bump stops (actually teraflex bump stops) but swapped the springs back to 4-door rubi set (61/62, 91/92), lift was too much for me with 33s. If I ever go to 35s will just swap the springs back. Gladiator Mojave wheels with 285/70/17 Wildpeak M/T.

Would you mind telling me how high your front/rear fenders measure like this:

2021 Willys with a 1.5 Teraflex Performance leveling kit. 33" BF Goodrich A/T tires.

Thinking of adding the same kit after installing XR take off suspension and springs due to a 2 inch rake from all the weight I have up front. Steel bumper, winch, skid plate, and then I also deleted the muffler in the back. Waiting for the suspension lift to settle before I decide.

So you just added 1.5 coil spring spacer up front and nothing in the rear? Does it drive like stock?

The lift comes with a 1.5" coil spacer for the rear and a 1" spacer for the front. I had a rear end that sagged a little. The Teraflex lift fixed that. Drives like stock.

THAT.... LOOKS.... INCREDIBLE!!!!
Yeah, seeing this is pushing me towards a 2 door Willy's, my only debate is the gearing with 35's, I'll definitely go manual. I'm in a 4 door Rubicon now, and I'm just wondering how the manual does with 35's.

I love my MT Willys. After 12,000 miles my clutch and gear engagement is so smooth and it feels like a golf cart on steroids. However, I intend to put on 285/75/17. I‘m really hesitant to go to 35s because of the gearing. I would love the look of 35s, but I will go with 34s first because I love the quickness and agility it has now still on stock 32s with at least 3” of lift on all 4 corners.
