call me crazy..... i asked my dealer about comments i've heard on here that trucking is backed up... that was from colorado members. he commented that they are for abq to deming as well. told me he could send a driver/trailer for a couple hundred bucks..... and i'm considering it, despite my order date being 3/7 and way past the 6 to 8 weeks quoted..... i'm sure the answer i'll hear back from yall is tell that dealer to pick up the cost of the driver/trailer..... but i'm not sure if that's the way i want to start the leverage/discussion and walk into the room having already given them a leg up on me. i've already got agreed upon pricing but i know what's coming when i hit the dealership. add this, you want that, etc etc... question is, is a week or two more with my jeep worth a couple hundred bucks? ;-)

All I had to do was complain on the forum. Dealer called and my jeep is now on a truck. Getting closer...

Swung by the dealship and got my latest POC, shows the eta ship date of the 26th. If I recall correctly that’s more like the build date?

i'm with ya 3uPh0riK....and i'm sad for you... everyday i check JG multiple times a day, get excited when there is an update, and i check two jeeps. yours and mine. . . . .sad that it has been slow and wondering what the heck happened to that railcar.....

i'm with ya 3uPh0riK....and i'm sad for you... everyday i check JG multiple times a day, get excited when there is an update, and i check two jeeps. yours and mine. . . . .sad that it has been slow and wondering what the heck happened to that railcar.....

Haha thanks, that actually makes me feel better! But yeah i feel super sorry for myself, even though there are others that have had it even worse. None of us should have been in this situation but anyways.

Get the price to go get it in writing. Yes I would pay $250.00 to get it but
NO MORE. I have shipped many hot rods over the years and always got a
fair price. How far is this to go and back ?

albuquerque to deming, 234 miles.... gonna hurt after paying an increased destination and delivery charge of what was it 1445 already?

he's saying 400 now. hook line and sinker.

suppose i can justify 300 as offset since my cold weather package price shows us as 595 instead of 895 on the sticker vs the order

Had an email pop up from Jeff today, now stating my order is scheduled for the week of the 25th.

June 4th it was the 18th, and June 11th Nichole sent me an email saying June 18th.

Sooooooo..... Who the hell knows :p Will hit up my sales rep when time permits this week and see what she can tell me.

I actually got an email from "Jeff" that contained real words that were not of the cut and paste variety. He is telling me the week of June 25 too. But I refuse to get excited just yet. I know he has broken a lot of hearts before! It's actually incredibly sad that the crumbs of information they dole out to us aren't really believable. Other manufacturers I have dealt with have not been like this at all...

POC confirmed I am 'G' status (trim) after 19 weeks. Long way left to go but this is crazy...I am bat shit happy about being in G!
