Now that I am in D1, how long do I have to wait until the next phase? What was your wait in D1?Do I have another long wait ahead of me?

Pure guess, but 3 weeks to build, then another 3 weeks if you have a headliner, then another 3 weeks or so to be delivered to your dealer.

they keep telling us that they are being built in the order they were received , but we see on here this is not true, and when you point this out to them, they just say sorry i dont have an answer for you.

Well most times they do throw in the parts availability line. Still a load of BS. Like the PST builds started 2 weeks ago yet most of us are still waiting. What, they building 2-3 PST’s a week?

In other news I got to see a 2 door Rubicon today. Sold order of course. But WOW! Even with the BS wait I am so happy I went 2 door, and Rubicon. Now if I had only been smart enough to go hardtop.....

Who holds the record so far of the longest wait from day ordered to day delivered at dealership? (Day picked up doesn't count! You may have waited a few extra days to bring her home.)

I feel like once I actually take delivery, I might hold this title. Ordered 12/7/17, hit D1 on 5/23/18.....still waiting. Supposedly getting built next week. 177 days and counting...

Oh . . . . and while I am being grumpy, you don’t need to add that now that you have your Jeep, it was totally worth it. I also find it a little ironic that that this comes from owners that were on the verge of getting a Restraining Order slapped on them by their dealer and FCA.

I’ll play......delivered to dealer Thursday......168 Days...12/13/17 order. Longest wait for a black hardtop? No PST.....Any JLs with Turbo yet....any other parts Jeep has “run short on”?

From posts on this thread, I'm practically worried to place a June order with either softtop... because who knows WHEN I'll get it. Hardtop is the sure, quick thing, but I don't wanna have to buy a softtop later.

Now if PST is noticeably faster than Standard ST, I might go up to a Sport S with PST.

Dealers are finally contacting me back though! One has a 2 door (dealer stock) in transit and expected in a week!

Has anyone taken delivery of a Sport/Sport S 6MT? How does the gearing feel? Too tall? I was hearing too tall with the 4 doors, but the 2 doors weigh less which might help a bit.

I hope it is true that yours is finally (almost) built! Hard to believe there are still December orders that have not been processed. You are the true Jeep fanatics and should really have been put to the top of the cue.

I ordered January 29 and I am still in D. I am hopeful that I will take delivery before my birthday on July 23rd, but that is starting to look doubtful.

Congratulations, I think what was holding both of our Jeep builds up was that we both went with quite a few optional items....but that is why we custom order so that we can get what we actually want!

I sure hope we don't have to wait much longer and I certainly don't want to win the longest wait title. I'm at 140 days for 1-13-2018 order and considered buying some Ive seen available. Configurations just are not what I'd like for my bride So the wait continues. No hard feelings here, a bit of disappointment. I'll get over it.

Thanks so much. I really appreciate the moral support. As frustrated as I am at seeing so many JLs being built before mine, I can honestly say that it has been exciting and a pleasure to see and hear about all of the folks here that are getting theirs and are out enjoying them. I'll be with y'all soon enough!
