The only hope of this cruise control issue is: 2018 Wrangler No JL model was indicated.

Don't call the number as it is a recording of what you can read. Says you will be notified
by mail.
It was also on tonight's News: 1 out of 4.8 million had this issue. Is that really a reason for
recall? Also no one is saying what exact Model had this problem.
For all we know (which is nothing) maybe someone added after market accessories or
was messing around and shorted something. Let's stay positive this news is too early.

The hotline said i hit D1 yesterday with a build date in two weeks, hopefully they got it right this time. It seems about right i ordered 2-16, and have seen build from dec, jan with pst getting built this week.

I totally agree with #1 and #2, in fact today on my way to the gym I accidently hit the hazards and didn't realize until a few min and the leaky wiper on the rear window does suck a little since it leaves the white residue.

I hear that if you drill a small hole in the resorvoir cap, that will fix it. Relieve suction pressure

I totally agree with you, all the misinformation and bs we received on updates is unacceptable. We also have to be realistic, we know the order ( 2 door0 will sell and they will make a bit more profit since they won't give the same discount you had to the other buyer since they are so few put there. Believe me when you drive it, you put aside about all the bs and stuff you had to put up with.

True Wranglers are hot now, just like trying to buy a harley in the 90's dealers were charging 1-2k over msrp. Guys were selling their place on the order list for 500 bucks. Eventually time and competition caught up to HD , now those same dealers will blow you to buy a bike. Unfortunately for us there is no competition for wranglers , and none on the horizon . All we can hope for is that they start to wane in popularity soon.

So I just called the 866 number that was on the email Jeep sent me.
I spoke with Bill who was extremely informative
I ordered my 2 Dr Rubi with PST in early December and he informed me that my Jeep went into D1 3 days and all parts including the PST are there.
All we have to wait for is a slot to build
Does that resonate with you all?

True Wranglers are hot now, just like trying to buy a harley in the 90's dealers were charging 1-2k over msrp. Guys were selling their place on the order list for 500 bucks. Eventually time and competition caught up to HD , now those same dealers will blow you to buy a bike. Unfortunately for us there is no competition for wranglers , and none on the horizon . All we can hope for is that they start to wane in popularity soon.

there is a rumor of a 2 door , but will it be a full convertible? and even then i doubt it will have a front solid axle. Dont get me wrong i love the 60's broncos , and would love to see an updated version of them.

That is inconvenient, BUT it is also dangerous. When you are in the garage, the Jeep must be running (or be in “accessory” mode?) to open or close the door. It is always a hazard to have a running vehicle in a closed garage.

Yes. I would also get an updated POC from your dealer. It should have a real world date by now.

Yep it must be in run position with button but NOT running. Now if that would be the case
of it be running Talk about RECALLS and not to mention Lawyers !!!!

Will someone---anyone 2dr or 4dr with visor garage door buttons please confirm
the operation of the buttons. ON or OFF push button? I can not the only one to be
correct on this issue. God knows I am wrong (sometimes)

If I was to have an educated guess, I would say PSP should be your estimated build date.

Hope so, but all Jeep is telling me is D1....that date is getting close
