My mind has been wandering while waiting for our JL ( just went D1 )
It will be my wife's vehicle. I will be in the market for a new truck in 2019 to replace my 2015 Ram.
I don't really love the looks of the new Ram. So I'm thinking JT.
Then I would possibly have to go through this BS again..

When you can, go ahead order the JT and forget about it until the dealer calls.

I do understand that all of you are checking your build status and that
is good. I hope very much all goes as what you hear. Now for me if you
do not know my status well in short here it is: Order 1-11-18 --- 1 of 5 first built--released
for shipping April 24th. And there it sits. Don't know anything else and
neither does ANY tracking system.

Fred, no. All he “knows” is that there is an image for a sticker & build sheet for a VIN that he thinks is his.

Both these things come from the same systems that Jeep Chat & all the other “customer support “ services use to provide us with all the consistent information we have been receiving.

Plus, notice that the sticker has no Sold To on it.

I hope it indicates his Jeep will be arriving at his dealership soon, but it could also be that it fell into a sinkhole and nobody has realized it yet.

One again as we all are getting closer to our build or for the really lucky getting their Jeep if we could add our build stats, and order date to our signature I think it would be helpful to those looking for clues, or a bit of hope that we are next. Thanks. And good luck to everyone!

My 2dr Rubi order is dated 1-18 at the dealer and 1-22 with FCA. Dealer wrote me it's been in paint status 9 days.

I keep hearing that dealer stock 2 doors are arriving. Anybody actually see one? The ones on the Jeep site appear to be sold orders.

I picked up my Sting Gray 2 door Rubicon on 5/11/18 at the dealer. Ordered on 3/5/18. D1 on 4/15/18. Loving every minute of it!

Visited local dealer again today. This time 5 4 door rubis on the lot waiting for buyers. Supply and demand have reversed in the last three weeks for 4 doors.

Got close to convincing myself to cancel my 2 door order and drive out with this one.

4 door? I'd have settled
Black not granite? Might have settled
Silver grey dash instead of red? Nope...too much. I'll wait

No safety and remote proximity either. Could live with that.

My dealer in SC has about 14 4doors. Including a blue, a punkn’d, 2 reds. I don’t know how often they update site.
As far as in transit, 1 jl sport remains stuck in transit, close to 2 weeks. But some here in forum said even transits are not always accurate, as some received their car without any transit announcements.
