Yesterday I mailed every Jeep email I could find on the internet to complain. Im hoping to eventually find somebody that cares. This morning also emailed my dealer again, and coincidently 5 minutes later the update comes through where it started moving again. Makes me look like an idiot every time:

Me: Hey dealer why the F is my Jeep not going anywhere?!
Dealer: It is its in Wyoming now
Me: O thanks...

I pre-ordered the winch (wench), winch mounting kit, brush guard and a bug shield. Bug shield and brush guard are on back order (go figure). I ordered the brush guard from Mopar, so it's the smaller one if you look at the catalog. I wanted it all installed prior to delivery and I backed the costs of those items in to the loan. The dealer is my friend, so my Jeep was heavily discounted. Yes, dealer installed it.

Do you have steel bumpers - do you need the winch mounting kit w/ steel bumpers?

I had to track down all part numbers for the dealer, but since it is taking so long will likely will bag the winch from the dealer to not introduce any more uncertainty into this (sorry ass) process.

MT only options were PST, Cold Weather, LED - ordered 1/27

I felt this jeep was only meant to be white or red, but this gray works

That makes sense but knowing what I know now im glad I didnt do that. Would have probably just caused more delays for me. Im not sure how im going to install my winch since the silly apartment block I live in now does not have workshop/garage room to do things like that. Might buy everything I wanted to install and just ask the local dealer to do it for me

if you do your homework and watch a vid or two it really isnt a very difficult job, something you could do at the park. the JCR mounting plate worked out nicely for me. you will need an assistant to lift the bumper on, with the winch plate, back in place. other brands the plate mounts first then the bumper so easy peasy. just need a proper set of tools and a deep socket 19mm.

yes you need a winch plate and even with limited skills it is very much a do it yourself project if you have the steel bumper option.

Okay, folks. I have received my jeep today. I am going to flood you with pics. I'm hoping they help some of you visualize what your Jeep will look like. If there is something specific you want a photo of, I'll try. But, keep in mind, I plan on driving some place as much as possible and not be hanging at the computer, LOL. I took a photo of the headliners and rear seat just in case someone was curious.

Looks great - nice pics! I swear the trunk area looks bigger but everyone says its not.

I live near crown. How good of a discount did they offer? On the fence about a new jl. I saw yours in transit and was hoping to ride by and check it out. Good looking jeep.

Well... I ordered 3/7, so maybe July... honestly, I get absolutely no information from my dealer. I will just start looking for unassigned rubicon’s in a larger area, maybe I will find something. He is totally useless. Very disheartening; hate to walk away from a wrangler totally, and I would have loved an ocean blue. I’m just beat right now, need to find a cave! It will pass. Glad of all the deliveries, I know we all have had our pissed off times. Can’t wait for my happy dance!

July is closer than you think...I think they're beginning to catch up now. Maybe.

With increased production volume, there will be more Jeeps headed to dealerships, which means (hopefully) more full loads - i.e. no need to wait for a fully loaded truck. (100% speculation on my part)

Maybe I should get a CDL...I wonder how well those jobs pay.

Good morning!! I’ve been catching up after missing reading the posts for two days and my dealer just called to tell me my Jeep has arrived!! Last day of school was yesterday, so what a way to start my first day of summer vacation!! A couple of days over 4 months total and 20 days from D1!
Also, I called Jeep two days ago and shipment wasn’t scheduled yet and no eta was either.
