A handshake held the rig from December 2017 until I picked it up yesterday evening (5/30). When I left it had a full tank of gas. That was special considering the interest in the 2 doors, and while I was at the Dealership others had noticed that it had been moved from "in transit" to "arrived" and were calling. I'm not being paid here, just got really good service with Scott at Roberson who took my initial order and saw it all the way through to delivery with very helpful one on one instruction on how to use the "radio". With the right people in the right place handshakes still mean a lot. My final ask was for Scott to join me in this picture, he is on the right.

It is more Jeep than I could have ever imagined. It had spunk on the road and manners in the hills. Taking it off road on a 5 mile gravel cross country jaunt between the Trask and Wilson Rivers (about 1,500' vertical) it drove really nice, different than a 1/2 ton, but it is supposed to. For those who are waiting, it is worth it. If you are in Tillamook, Oregon it will probably be visiting the Jeep Jamboree at the Fairgrounds June 7-9th.

By the way, my wife now says she likes the Jeep.

Ok, not sure if this is news or not. I looked at the Jacksonville area; 3 of the sports have simple soft tops, not premium. And there is a mojito rubicon.
If this is nothing new, apologies. Just looking, hoping for headliners coming through...
I’ll just go to bed now, too many zip codes for this late hour. I’ll probably dream zips. I need my Jeep so I can go on with my life.

yeah but the grand cherokee is a huge seller too, and their little fiats have more problems then all the jeeps put together. not to mention the 4 dr wrangler is selling like crazy.

And the line for warranty repairs is insane, tough to bust the nut that way. We will find out shortly, what the 5 year plan is anyways, no need to speculate much longer.

Love jeep, but Fiat/Chrysler are anchors

Ordered 1/6, 147 days tomorrow. 2dr somewhere in transit. Jeep answering machines say " all the parts are in for production to start". Goes down the assembly line - FRAME -check, ENGINE - check, TRANSMISSION- check, HEADLINER - oh s###, put it in JB for 2 weeks HeadlinerHarry doesn't have enough, he ran out of Thread.
BullS###. They knew for 4 months what was ordered. FCA's need to clean out the management team of this fiasco.

Before I ordered my Rubi on Jan 8, I had ordered a Sport S on December 15th. They both came in last week. The Sport S is already gone from the dealership. This shows how fast they are selling. Good luck to those still on the wait list. Hope today is your day!

Stay patient my friends....on day 169, I picked up my Granite Crystal Rubicon. 12/13/17 order date. First impressions, seems to live up to the hype, agreeing with Warc1 observations.
Penastar V6, 8speed auto, Black hardtop, color match fenders, leather seats, tow package & most options. Will purchase Bestop NX Glide fastback when available. First mod, swap out the Rubicon plastic front bumper....

Does anyone know if the POC update in real time? Or is there a delay?
My POC shows an estimated ship date and time of tomorrow at 1:00 AM.
I will ask my dealer to check on Monday
