4Xe Trailer Hitch wiring

I've got a 2021 4Xe that has factory installed tow hitch package. I used the hitch for the first time this weekend. Went to connect my boat trailer to it and only lights and signal lights are working on left side. No problem with my Chev Suburban when I use it. We also plugged in a testing gizmo that indicates fine on Chevy but incorrect on the Jeep.
Any thoughts before I go to the stealership and try and explain?
