2.0 turbo not accelerating properly

I have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler sport S 2.0 this morning. I was driving to work and when I came off the red light I went to accelerate and I just heard almost like whining, but it wouldn’t get past 40 mph. Seems like it wasn’t shifting into a higher gear or something like that I’m not entirely sure but there’s no codes when I ran diagnostics, I don’t know if anybody has had this issue before it will go up to like 4,000RPMS and almost felt like it wouldn’t shift and it was like at a standstill almost like as if it was in limp mode. There’s no engine lights on no codes. I’m not entirely sure what’s going on. also, when I first started it this morning it seems like it may have been idling a little bit high and as it was idling it almost like dropped like as if it was bogging out, and then it caught itself. Once I get back from work, I’m gonna see what happens see if it runs better

yeah, I don’t think it was a passenger, knocking into manual mode because I was driving alone and it still said drive on the dash I didn’t look directly down, but I highly doubt it
