Figured I would post this here for everyone else to see who’s not in the SoCal region. My wife and I took our rigs out last weekend with a buddy in a stock TJ and a few very good people here on the forums.

We met at the trailhead just after 10am and hit it hard. There are 3 or 4 big obstacles along the way of this beautiful trail.

The squeeze is self explanatory, followed by a small rock garden to the waterfall and glass break. If you get too far left on glass break you WILL lose a window. Heart attack hill is an exhilarating experience, especially when the rocks start getting wet and slippery.

Once you’ve completed those it’s a beautiful trip through fish creek along the sandy canyon to get you back to civilization. I wouldn’t do this trip again due to the damage it can and will create, but it’s nice to check off another badge and meet some damn good people.

You all really earned that badge! A lot of carnage but looked like a great time nonetheless.

Drove up to the squeeze. I think I’m too wide for it. Turned around.

Great video.

Side note: I don’t know if anyone else is watching the new Beavis & Butthead, but they now do running commentary on YouTube videos. I would love to see them take on one of the major, goofy Jeep influencers.

And please know, this video is not what I mean. This is a cool video. Just reminded me of the idea I had.

Props to the OP. I don’t have the intestinal fortitude to do this to my Jeep.

Agree. I ran it last spring. While my permanent damage was minimal, the risk for severe body damage is high in "The Squeeze". From what I've seen older CJs and TJs can manage this obstacle easily, due to their much narrower width. The JKs and JLs are just too wide and have to climb the sides. I have no intention of running it again in my JL.

I have seen that B & B on YouTube before, I dig it. Grew up watching that stuff ??

if it makes you feel better, this particular Jeep going through the squeeze is my wife, who has rods and screws in her left knee, a total hip replacement on her left hip, and most recently a total knee replacement on her right leg, hence the DP license plates. She’s my hero for doing this stuff.

I ran it earlier in the year and I think it's all about those fenders. I had my skinny fenders and the time and the only damage I had was rim rash. If I had stock fenders I'm sure they would have ripped.

we got lucky with my wife’s fenders because they’re an inch wider than stock. Fortunately they’re somewhat flimsy and when she tucked in there the fender just folded up and out of the way. She had a few scratches but she was more upset about the scratches on her wheels ?

Ha I gave up on my wheels long ago. For a while I was rattle canning them but then just decided to leave them as is. Got too hard to constantly try to cover up the damage lol
