I believe toward the end I saw where they made sure the hood would wobble when you pass a semi truck.

Did not notice a 2dr anywhere.

Let's look for where they screw up the painting of doors, hood, and tailgate allowing the lovely blistering paint many of us are experiencing.
They screw up by painting the doors and hood while attached to the hinges. If there was a layer paint between those items it would greatly decrease the chances of blistering.

Maaaaybe, but hood edge and door bottoms no where near attach points are blistering for many as well. I spoke at length with a body shop about this and I'm told most cars with two painted metal parts bolted together are always painted after as the fitting and screwing/wrenching the connection would be prone to paint damage. My running assumption is the tooling is contaminated, the drill that does the bolt holes or sets the bolt near the hinges and either carrying or bending the seams at the edge of panels. I have not seem a single report showing the corrosion mid panel, even when there's scrapes and dings from offroading etc. Or a crappy thin paint job not fully protecting the edges pf panels and where the hinges are.

Think Jeep should offer a bare metal finish like the DeLorean and maybe just paint the sport bars silver or black. The chassis metal has a really nice sheen to it that looks a lot better than their silver paints (actually looks better than the shitty paint jobs they do in any color). Would probably rust and oxidize a lot faster, but maybe they could apply a heavy clearcoat over it?

DeLoreans were stainless steel. Clearcoated normal steel ends up rusting. Harley Davidson found that out on some of their CVO bikes that had a similar paint treatment.

Yes and no. Show me a company today that doesn't dip everything and bolt it together, then paint it. I am also not talking about low production vehicles. It's how things have been done for years. With Jeep, they have them exposed and thus people see this happening as opposed to other vehicles.
