If I make it to 150 days w/o any progress ... I'll probably continue to wait. But I'll be even more petty about the experience.
Jeep, you have 48 days. Wow me.????
Okie Jeep Jam is this weekend here. I left work to see Wranglers everywhere! Drove 10 miles home, nothing but Wranglers on the highway. Pulled up to the pumps by my house, 90% Wranglers in front of the store and @ the pumps.
Meanwhile, 98 days into this...*grumble*
This forum has covered deposits before but we'll refresh the issue.
If you don't put down a deposit, your vehicle is not truly secured in your name. W/o the deposit, you may as well have come down there, helped them spec an order, and walked out as if you were just bored n wanted out of the house.
I've decided to change my perspective (like I had a choice). I've had a major expense come up. The $$$ for the deposit may need to go to fixing my house's foundation...so take your sweet MFin' time, Stellanis! ?s into lemonade and all that ??
Oh. That is ROUGH. I'd quip that you're in the wrong forum but misery loves company, no?
Jeep would have alot to explain there but we know Jeep won't apologize. They'll merely shrug n say "You got it eventually, so STFU and give us your $$$, peasant."
??You've got to go to the Lonesome Valley. ?
90 days, nothing. Good to see everyone's orders pushing on. But when ya start to grimace when you don't update for 2-3 weeks, remember that it could be worse. Perspective is everything.
The fact they're taking in lots of orders should have nothing to do with whether or not you put down a deposit. Putting down a deposit isn't taxing on them; it ensures that the vehicle is spoken for. Otherwise, they could sell the vehicle out from under you at a higher price to someone else...
Similar issue. Price went up $1k. Spoke with the GM and he said the price is protected. Bring this issue up to them. Do not wait until it gets here to demand they honor the original price.
