When did they opened it? I didn't check in for a day and I missed it?!
Opens again on Friday. There is a tab on the sheet for those past D Status. Nothing really happens until then , so I was excited to move to the action tab.

On FRIDAY 3/9/18 at 2:00PM EASTERN we’ll be opening it up for the remaining 175 ORDERS FREE TRACKING.Same deal as last time — a new thread will be posted in this section and opened up at the listed time. The first 175 users to post up their VON AND ORDER DATE will be added to our list.

I contacted jeep chat last week was on D1 one. It they said that I could be on D1 for up to 30 days :(

I literally saw the post about the new tracking order being opened on Friday right after I commented on yours lol
I contacted jeep chat last week was on D1 one. It they said that I could be on D1 for up to 30 days :(

Quick question is the “Order Date”the date the VON was issued or the date I ordered at the dealer? The reason I’m asking is there’s a seven day difference and I want to provide the correct date when order tracking opens back up.

Just checked... No bueno. Still on D1, and was told it could be up to three weeks. :surprised:could it be that I loaded it with all the options possible ? I don't know what to think of the builds anymore lol

Hi all -

After much consideration and feedback from users we have decided to change up our TRACKING service model in order to better serve as many users of the community as possible.

It’s been personally frustrating for me (and I know many of you) to accept a small number of orders then have to close it for months at a time. We’ve had to do this for many reasons - but most of all to keep within budget and time constraints. In order to open it up for more users we will be adding more resources but will need to shift to a paid model.

We will still provide free tracking for the first 400 orders each year. This means the next batch of 175 orders will be the final group for which we will be providing FREE tracking this year. After that, it will be a one-time charge of $20 to have an order tracked. If you cancel the order we’re tracking and place a new one you get one free replacement.

We’ll announce the full details of the new paid tracking system in the coming weeks. Until then the plan is:

Date you placed the order. Which happens to be when you should have gotten your VON.

The VON is automatically issued when the order is inputted by your salesman.

I'm a 2-Door on the list as well. I've only been tracking the order spreadsheet weekly, but checking the 2-door master thread daily for any signs of movement.
Excellent! Did you order ocean blue too?

Was told when we ordered color match hard top wasn't available for Punk'n color so we ordered black . Ordered on 2/26 found out on 3/1 it came available. D status on 3/5 so dealer made change order.....was told changes could be made up to D1 status . Dealer told me and Jeep chat rep it is showing up on their screen . Today still not showing up on screens Jeep chat can access but since it is still in D status I am hopeful change shows up in system before D1 status .
