So it took me a bit but I got through to an Adam in chat. Not sure if the same one or not, but I asked him why they give the same information so much and sound like robots. He told me the following:
Adam: Since customer care is not part of the build order process, we are limited in what information we can see. What we see if the status code the vehicle us currently in and we relay this to the customer so they don't always have to contact their selling dealership just for the status code. Personally I like to give customer realistic expectations on when the vehicle order should go to the next stage to save our customers time so they don't have to spend every day checking in for an update. If you would like to check every day, we will be happy to answer the chat/phone call each time, but please beware that some phases, especially early in the build, can take several weeks for a change in the status code. For any information beyond the status code, our department is to refer you to the selling dealership as that is information we don't see from customer care.

So, if I'm reading this right, and despite my username I'd like to think that I am, I would say their responses are supposed to be canned responses since they aren't involved in building the vehicles and only see that one piece of information. So giving them shit about this...is really just you sounding like they're not doing their job when it sounds like they are and you're not following the advice of the company that they are giving and just crying about it.....
Uhhh....OK, what is your deal?? Show me where I "gave them shit"? I said they were annoying. Maybe after you have more than 2 posts I will listen to your opinion.

it's obvious to me that a vehicle would not be built in a few days and be built well.
Jeep factory employees be like : Hold my beer dude ! Lol
How long do you seriously think it takes for them to build your JL ? Hint : Less than « a few » days

I see my vehicle build being from the moment I leave the dealership with my VON until I pick it up at the dealership. So this is more than a few days or even a few weeks. You have to think of them waiting on parts, the build itself, shipping, and then I add extra in case of any delays. My mind just thinks big picture the whole time? But reading these forums, it's like people only think "Man, I ordered my vehicle yesterday, I'm gonna rage if it's not delivered in a week!" Like....duh?

They aren't supposed to start unless they have all of the parts available for your particular build.
Not sure if that is correct
There are about 6 folks just like me who are in storage.
I was told by the care messaging that it is most likely waiting on parts and this is why is was moved to storage.

Hopefully we’ll share a train! Mines heading to Covert as Maxwell wouldn’t go lower than 1% below invoice for me. :fingerscrossed:
I bought my last JK from Covert, I found them easier to deal with, Maxwell was out of control with their pricing.

I am cautiously optimistic, after seeing the average for says I am bracing for a couple of delays. As long as I get her by May I will be a happy camper, yep

I really am happy for those that have quick order turn around times.
Going into this order I was fine with 4 to 8 week waiting time, but when you have been stuck in D1 then back to D for 32 days it gets frustrating.
If any Ocean blue Sahara show up on the lot before mine might just buy it.
I ordered mine the 1st day they were able to be ordered.

So... I just wanna make sure there’s at least a couple two door wranglers on the tracking list so the rest of can hear when there is movement. Are there?
Right here!!:) I’m on the JLWF tracking list as well as a build sheet/sticker tracker. I’ll be sure to post when I hear about the slightest bit of any movement.
