Not that I've heard yet. I ordered 2/12 and it hasn't moved from D yet. But I am getting the premium soft top which is in short supply and am told it won't get scheduled until the tops are back in supply. Looking like mid March from what others are saying. Did you order hard top or soft?

I ordered the hard top and most other options except head liner, floor mats (thought I would get both in the after market) and smoker’s package.

I was simply pointing out to those that dread the red accents that there were options to remove them. If you have to have the Rubicon, but hate the red accents, then you can swap your interior with a Sport owner. Who I'm sure will be more than happy to trade. lol

So you have punk'n.... and the dealership sticker says this is punk'n...... maybe jeep tossed around what was nacho and what was punk'n when this all began?

Or maybe they hired someone who was color blind to manage their marketing material.

I guess it makes us fanatics too. Ordering a vehicle without being 100% sure which exterior and interior color will arrive.

From your post, we were supposed to understand that you were trying to show that a complete interior trade with a sport to avoid red accents was the point you were trying to make?

That would take more perception than you suggest I have, for certain.

Back in 2015 I could not find an Orange JK and due to needing a new vehicle within 30 days I had to buy one off the lot. I ended up with a 2015 Sport S in Baja Yellow. Now that was OK and I love my JK but always wanted an orange one.

Is anyone aware of a punk’n Rubicon that is actually in the build process? Mine was ordered on January 26, received D1 status on February 2, and soon thereafter slid back to D, where it remains. Thanks.

Well this most likely won't give you the real color but somewhat of a perspective maybe. Orange is a hard color to capture as we have seen from other photo's already. That and the fact that we all can see certain colors differently.

That is very true. Besides, considering my age and how long it’s taking for me to get out of D status, I’ll probably forget what color I ordered by the time it is finally delivered.

Now I did not care for that "Sunset" orange I think it was called. Loved Mango Tango and Orange Crush and by the name alone Punk'n as in PUMPKIN I would imagine is a real ORANGE which is what I am after.

I figure if it is not a WOW AWESOME shade of orange I can wait for them to release a new orange in the future with a special edition and trade up! :D

I am still waiting holding on to my 2015 JK - i also see they pulled mojito I think the 2018 colors are pretty restrictive... if jeep offered more colors or even a custom option i think they would do well... but they don't have to try its a wrangler i guess.. plenty of demand regardless of color.

so many people just grabbing a color they are not truly happy with on here..
