Mine is a granite JLUR. If the other Jeep delivered is in front of your Jeep on the truck it is not mine. Mine has steel bumpers.

No, the granite one was taken off before I took the pic. You can check today and see. The jeep in front of mine is a Gladiator. Hope you get it today! I'm loving mine!

Been in KZ for 13 days without progress. Per Jeep Chat "Location Unavailable". Status as following: Currently your vehicle has reached the shipping stage but has not been provided an estimated time of arrival date (ETA) at this time I would advise to check back next week to see if an update has been provided.
It is a 50 minute drive from Toledo to my dealer in Michigan. Oh, and the kicker... I will be paying $1,495 for destination charge. Brutal.

Jeep Chat cannot provide much if any information once it hits KZ. Your dealer should know where it is, if they care to check their systems. 13 days in KZ is not too much, and the status will not update until it is actually delivered to the dealer. Although, most people that close to Toledo do get their vehicles well before 13 days.

Hey everyone - first post here. I've been stalking the boards for a few months & appreciate all the great ideas/feedback. Buying my first Jeep - a 2020 Sahara. Ordered on 8/19/19 but it's been stuck in "I" status for the last 17 days. Is this normal? Dealer & Jeep Chat have been no help. Thanks -

My jeep has now been in JS for 14 days. However, when I contacted Jeep Chat today, I was told that the vehicle was in for "additional equipment." Previously JS code had been described as "additional quality assurances or in storage awaiting transport." I asked for the status code in the following chat:

Seems that JS status means multiple things... I am wondering if adding the 8.4 nav along with the Adaptive Cruise control (after it became available as an option again) is to blame.

Well my JLUR has officially arrived at the nearest rail yard (Pearland, TX). My dealership is only 20 minutes away. So, dealership says they put a "priority" delivery call in. Hopefully it will be delivered by this weekend.

Mine has been in JS since 9/11... Contacted them today and still in that status... But the agent told me she showed a ship date of 9/27.

Maybe reach back out to them and see if they can give you a ship date?
