I gotta tell you, any dealer that would have given me even the first issue over my military discount, I'd have walked away in a flash. My dealer didn't bat an eye over it because it's an FCA program that the dealer gets back. Watch 'em close. One warning bell goes off, it's my experience that there will be more...hope it all works out for you.

Cancel order with them, they got into trouble after filing a case with Jeep, they are giving me my original deal, but I don’t trust them with the Jeep. I reordered with Kim in Conway, AR, an upfront dealer, no add on, and she is having it shipped from AR to AZ ,I have to pay. But purchase out of state saves me over $1000. In sales tax, no county or city tax only state. Waiting for vin and Von.

Has anyone else toggled between D and D1? I ordered on 1/11 and originally entered D1 on 2/1. Since then I've been told I've entered D1 four different times. I'll check back later and am back in D. Chatted with Mitchell this morning, who was great. He's going to look into it but curious if anyone else has had this experience?

Mitchell did confirm they're having significant challenges with the soft top. I did NOT order dual top so this isn't the issue.

Yup. I went from d1 to d back to d1. They looked into it but never got back to me.

I'm in d1 now....I do the jeep chat every few days....dealer gave me an estimated ship date. The first time I was told I was in d1 it was over the phone....so I don't have any record of them saying it.

My order date was 1/16

Yeah, mine moved up 5 days as of this morning too. Not sure whether to believe, however, as that would put delivery within 2 weeks, but apparently still shows in KZ. I think it'd be KZM if it was loaded up and on its way. Gotta be more than 2 weeks to get to Seattle I'd think!

Consumer Reorts just did their rankings on 2018 brand reliability. As soon as I saw it I couldn’t help but think of this post and how defensive you seemed to get when I stated Jeep was not a reliable brand and that, coupled with the issues they are having on the production of a new model, has me very worried. Well notice the bottom ranked two companies on the ranking (out of 34 brands ranked).
