That would be fantastic!
Also, they won’t do that and you can’t change the existing order at this point.
if they ship the Jeeps to us, they will get their money. If they hold inventory, they will end up paying for storage cost and inventory cost. This is not a smart business decision to hold back delivery

You could just cancel the order and reorder without it depending on your situation.

In good news my eta of 3/7-3/11 stays the same as of earlier today. My lease ends 3/7 so here’s to hoping it arrives before then.

You just gotta wonder what’s going on over there when on 2/14 they said it would arrive on 2/25. That would make sense as to what I was told by the dealer that from Toledo the rail goes directly to nj/ny with no stops then a day or two to get to the dealer. He said it shouldn’t take more than 10 days barring major weather situations.

And then a few days later it’s a week later, then a few days later another week later. And they can’t tell you did it leave Toledo or not, where it is at all. I just find it so amusing.

Here’s hoping they’re all wrong and it shows up next Sunday.

My black JL Rubicon with every available option is FINALLY on a truck for the final 25 miles to my dealer. Hopefully, I can pick it up tomorrow.

So after yesterday conversation with my friend Amber...

Amber: Hi, my name is Amber with Jeep Customer Care, How may I help you today?

Amber: Hello Michael, how are you today?

Michael F: Hey Amber, how are you ? Thought I’d never get to talk to anyone, kept being kicked down to 2nd in line...

Michael F: Just checking on my new Wrangler JL status :)

Amber: I'm doing well, thank you! Oh sorry about that! We must have people waiting!

Amber: I can certainly get you an update on your Jeep!

Amber: Just one moment!

Michael F: Hopefully it has moved from D1 :)

Amber: I can see it is still in D1. This is day 11, it can stay here for 30 days but it usually moves within the first 15-20!

Michael F: K... :( I’ll keep waiting... Too bad the stupid dealer I originally placed my order with didn’t do it properly and made me waste a whole month in the process...

Amber: Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that! This first stage does take a bit but it moves pretty fast through the actual build!

Amber: Check back whenever you'd like we will keep you up to date!

Michael F: I hope so... I’m getting pretty bummed out right now... taking so long. Thanks for your help Amber, will check tomorrow as it was the original dealer ETA I was given, so assuming the build date...

Amber: It certainly could be! I hope so!

Amber: We have no set set dates but by the rough outline tomorrow could be the day!

Wendy: We show the order is currently in the build process. The completed vehicle should be ready for shipping in the next day or so.

Michael F: AWESOME !!! :) What letter status is it in ? :)

I've been sitting for 4 days now waiting for a train.

I am so excited that after two and a half weeks in JB status, that we have officially moved to KZ as of today! Hopefully our Granite Rubicon will be shipped soon and we will be running around topless very soon! olllllllo

For those who have canceled orders, did you have issue getting your deposit back? I ordered on 1/11 and as of this evening I'm still in status "D". I spoke with customer service who was absolutely zero help. They told me I'm right where I'm supposed to be...I have a call in to my dealer and will hopefully connect tomorrow.

I'm thinking I might start over with a new order....
