How loud is the rock crawler?

It's a nice tone - the top and doors are off til Fall, so I really like it and rarely go faster than 50ish on the roads around us so I don't notice the drone folks mention...tell ya what though - when the engine shuts off at a stop it's extra weird now!

Can try and get a sound clip from it soon! I keep forgetting.

Got my first oil changed. Made sure they put in 5 quarts. Checked and they did. Lady told me they use actual bottles since it’s synthetic so there’s no mistaking it. They go by what the computer tells them.

Also put the jeep back to stock using the superchips tuner before I did it, just in case and while driving got the ESS light. Not sure what it was. Had a code but I put it back to stock, and redid it and it went away and loaded the tire size back to where I had it before. A little weird but it’s working fine now.

Installed my Synergy 1 5/8 spacers yesterday, makes for a much better drive (needed after installing the 35s on my Sahara to address the rubbing at full turn) and the looks/stance is pretty awesome too !

Which side markers did you install, and are you happy with them? My Bikini JLUS is on order and that is one of the early mods I plan to do. I prefer the white over smoked but they seem to be less popular, and it looks like yours are white.

I did the original Diode ones (however) found them on Amazon for $20 cheaper, I like them a lot actually, clear versions, and when the lights are on you cant tell they aren't the amber ones bc the LED is bright, but just the shear look of uniformity of clear wrapped around is what I was going for … The install was kinda crazy but there is a way to do it where you don't have to take off the entire plastic wheelwell protector , and headlight housing if you have a long enough torx screw adapter ….

Thank you! Those are the ones I was looking at and I agree about the clear wraparound look. I’ve quickly reviewed videos/tutorials on installing them and I’ve noticed there are two ways to do it, with the one you mentioned seemingly taking substantially less time. Guess I’ll find out when the time comes.

Installed the Rockhard 4x4 cage, just a heads up for anyone running a Sunrider top. The rear bracket will work you just have to hit the Best top plastic bracket with a grinder .

How was the install? Did you need the additional drill bits they sell?

Looks great painted same color as your jeep.

Dropped the windows and installed the 69 design rail with cell phone mount. Ran a flat USB C cable from mount to armrest USB. Hid the cable behind the dash and ran it to the right of the drivers side panel and tucked cables underneath the gearbox covering. I have a drop stop in between my seat and the center console which hides the cable as it pops into the armrest. Super clean and you dont see any wires.
