Mine does the same thing and I took mine in and they did a software update, it seemed to fix it for a bit but it's back again. I'm at 10,300 miles of owning my 2018.
Good lord, that's absolutely terrible. Can you file a charge back with your credit card company? I bought mine from the retrofit source. Shoot them an email or call them and see if they can help you out in anyway. Mine came fully assembled so I'm not much help on what you need
I was only offered 7yr 60k for $2150. Yes you have to have repairs done at the dealership. My engine is the 2.0 turbo bsg so I'm not sure how long that will last with it being a brand new engine to jeep.

I received a letter from mopar/jeep about extended warranty, I called and talked to someone and he gave me a run down of the warranty. It seems like a good idea for what it covers and with my JL being a 1st Gen with the 2.0 turbo bsg and such I'm torn if I should do it. Has anyone bought the...
Does anyone know of a good quality remote start for a JL sport. I had a quote done by the dealership and it was Hella expensive(which i knew it was going to be) and is it difficult to do myself.
So I had it serviced today and there wasn't anything wrong with the batteries other then it needed a software update. He also said the battery in the tray on the frame is basically no bigger then a motorcycle battery.
