I ordered from the same dealer as @Bill Tower. I ordered a couple of weeks before him and have been stuck in I since 1/26. I just spoke with their inventory manager (who is the person who ordered my Jeep) and he just says the same old company line: they are backed up. There is nothing wrong. This is what their FCA rep is telling them. He did say he would reach out to the rep again specifically about my Jeep since it's been stuck in inspection and I was worried about getting a lemon, but I really don't expect to hear anything different (if I do even hear back from him again).

Most of the dealer stock in Phoenix says in transit still, so maybe the trains are just really backed up. Or your Jeep is stuck waiting for my Jeep to get built so they can ship together!

Rubicon arrived yesterday. Waiting to sign the paperwork now. Test drive was my first time driving the JL. First impression: AWESOME!!

I didnt even test drive mine, just showed up and did the trade and left with it on an 1100 mile trip!

Just received an update, I have officially hit build status, framing to be exact. No ETA for ship date yet, but I ordered mine 1/30, and just hit E today. Hopefully I can get a ship date soon!

My girl just hit paint status..so here is a funny thing..I posted yesterday that it was in Frame, yet Kaitlyn from Jeep chat just told me it hit paint two days ago...who knows anymore...maybe tomorrow they will tell me that it is delivered

I am not sure whether you are aware of my order, but I also ordered from Kim back on January 27, when punk'n rubi became available. I found the dealership based on your posts and what I read on this forum. She has been great to deal with. Thanks for the info, @galleywinter

Awesome! Love Kim. Mines getting close. Had them do credit today. Hopefully next week sometime. Pretty quick turnaround on everything. I've got my 30 days in on Tread Lightly now and the $500 bonus cash. She didn't have those included in on my original quote. I'm hoping that all works out as well.

Woohoo! Went KZ last night (2/13) estimated delivery 2/25 - 3/1. Build sheet available from Jeep.com. At VDC as of 11PM last night. Dealer confirmed KZ and estimated ship date. Hopefully, the estimated ship date is real based on being at the VDC.

Talked to Jeep Chat, and mine is finally In Transit. Its a 7 hour drive from Toledo, OH to Elizabethtown, PA.
My 3 month wait slowly about to pay off.
Maybe it could shatter the 2/20 ETA so I can drive it up to Toronto over the weekend.

Of course we are on the ONE train that shows as railcar loaded and then released to cosignee but then no tracking updates for 4 days... Hopefully that thing is moving, but literally could this process be ANY MORE FRUSTRATING????

I got the exact same line from my dealership's new car manager. Said the rep claims there is nothing wrong, they are just backed up. Its odd others seem to be passing through the build process and out the gate.
