I think you only need it when you purchase Jeep, not order it. So you could order it and then donate $100 to TL.

That’s correct you can place order without it , you just need to have it when jeep is delivered , I confirmed this with Jayson, I actually just joined TL took 2 seconds

I just st talked to salesman at dealer and told me I only need it when it’s delivered, I went ahead and signed up today
