Yes, back when journalism required talent. I feel like flipping the table reading some of these more recent articles that are full of grammatical errors and typos. I don't think anyone proofreads anymore.

I recently withheld my recommendation for hiring somebody because their resume had incorrect grammar and punctuation, as well as inconsistent formatting. I have a zero tolerance policy for that stuff. In today's day and age, misspelling anything, especially on something like a resume or a published work, is inexcusable.

It's too bad you can't "work from home". I know a dude that has a couple extra bedrooms that are not in use.

I tried that actually, but apparently me living so close precludes me from such consideration. They would also want me here at least 50% of the time, based on the work patterns of the Associates here.
