Got it. Generally speaking I wouldn't worry much about ETA until you hit KZ. From what I've seen it seems to get pushed back and more accurate after that. There are others who received an ETA date early on, only to have it disappear then reappear later. Hard to say why.

I sat in I for 6 days. Now JS for 4 days.

Chat stated I had no code - just an ETA.

Jeep chat insists that my vehicle went to status "I" on the 1st of February...

My dealer says it was 1/16/2018... and the tracking sheet was showing it a few days later.

Jeep chat is useless.

Does anybody know if jeepchat Delivery ETA's are accurate? Or how long the build's stay in KZ for?
Jeep Chat said that my shipping arrangements are being made, with an ETA of 2/8-2/12.
Dealer said he's expecting it around the end of the month.

Spoke to Jeep Chat this morning, I'm still in some kind of holding pattern for extras to be installed. The only thing can be WP floor mats...everything else has to be done on the line. Can't tell me when it will get moving. Ordered 1/05/18, a JLUR...no shipping date, no expected arrival date. It's built but in 'no man's land'. It use to be easy buying a Jeep.....to many options make it hard to find what you want. I should have remembered the last time I custom ordered.......won't do it again......off the lot next time!

As per Jeep cares twitter account....

“Thanks for your patience! I did confirm there was a brief hold for additional quality inspections, but the vehicle was released for shipment this morning and we've put in a request to have it shipped out ASAP. I'm sorry about the wait. Generally we see about a two-week window for the shipment process, but it could arrive sooner than that. ^KB”

I had a feeling the hold up was some kind of QI thing but they never mentioned it anytime I asked in the past. Oddly enough all the Jeep chat reps last week said I should see movement again mid-week this week and here we are mid week with an update. I’m hoping the 2-week window is correct, gotta turn my GC in on March 7th.

Yes the dealer should be able to give you a VIN# after Jeep accepts the order and goes to a D status, which is generally a few days. You will need both VON and VIN for tracking and Jeep Chat and this site may open it's tracking back up around the 20th I read, but you will still need both.
