How hard was the wiring?Rear Cargo light is really anemic, even in the 2019 with updated interior lights.
The Brawlee on the rear glass is nice but only solves lighting issues when you have the hard top on the Jeep.
Tried my hand at an alternative today using a Ridgid Scene light.

Just don't wash off the mud and no one will ever even notice! Total cost: $0.00...Got my first badge of honor.
Any idea how much it will cost me to fix it?

OUCH! Your JL is possessed! Maybe the shed will keep it's mouth shut next time. lol At least no one was hurt.I think my Jeep was angry that I haven't wheeled it in a while...
It took 17 minutes for the Jeep to roll down the driveway. It was in 2nd gear and the weight of the Jeep going downhill was turning the engine over. It finally reached a point where it could turn it over continuously and then hit the shed.
Watch this video clip from one of my security cameras. Watch how slow this thing moves over time. Haha.
Stupid shed... shouldn't have been talking shit.
(It's best to watch the video on your phone. You can slide the timer back and forth to watch everything much faster and see how slow the Jeep moves.)

Not hard. Figuring out how all the plastics come apart is hardest part. Wanted a switch that couldn't come on randomly from cargo, so the push button switch was my solution... Deeper than other switch types so wasnt sure it would fit.How hard was the wiring?
I just ordered some,...looks good
Looks awesome. First thing when my Sahara comes in. What paint did you use?Blacked out the front grill and fog light bezels on my Sahara. Red tow hooks and black badges are next.

Nice! Thank you.@Twmcneilly , consider either of these solutions if you don't want to drill the stock steel bumper.

I personally went with the "stealth" version. A little expensive, but built incredibly well and bolt into existing holes....
Any trick on putting them back together, I have one panel that has a gap I cannot get to close. ThanksNot hard. Figuring out how all the plastics come apart is hardest part. Stole power and ground from 12v outlet and just ran wires up the roll bar. It was pretty simple. Just have to be okay drilling holes
Turns out a little acetone was all that was needed to clean that paint off. No scuffs left over from the shed. Jeep is as it was before the "incident". LolOUCH! Your JL is possessed! Maybe the shed will keep it's mouth shut next time. lol At least no one was hurt.
I suspect we have the same gap... So no I'm not your guy on tricks for reinstall. If you zoom in this pic, you'll likely see itAny trick on putting them back together, I have one panel that has a gap I cannot get to close. Thanks
