Working with them now. They escalated and called me back a few days later saying it should be fixed, but it's still the same. Website still shows the same info from my 1st screenshot, and the uconnect app is still showing old info, fuel level, etc. Anyone have any ideas?

If you are using the app, uninstall it, reboot and then reinstall. It will begin to work again.
