If your Jeep hasn't been built yet - That initial "delivery" ETA they give you tends to be within a day or two of your actual build date.

That's how it has been for almost everyone on here thus far.

So don't expect it to actually ship then.

It’s built. JB status on Jay’s spreadsheet. My original ETA was between 2/1-2/7 per Jeep chat as of a few weeks ago, and that ended up being my build date as you stated above.

I honestly think all of the names are made up. And there's probably only a few employees running their chat system.

There is one guy, I forgot his name, who is magically the ONE chat operator who has access to answers!

But there is also a Darryl and seriously who needs the extra R in their name? (FYI Darryl has no answers)

Darryl actually gave me a thorough answer once. He did ask me for my info/address to document the request tho. This was after I got off with someone who told me "it is in the build process and the ETA will be updated next week." They didn't seem to understand the letter status updates either.

There is an overarching "anti-FCA" doom and gloom sentiment hovering over the thread this morning. Even though mine is finally in transit, I am totally feeling it with y'all. I'm thinking about having some T-shirts made with chat responses on them. I only hounded chat twice but I heard them all. My favorite was when "she" said, "it takes 10-12 weeks to build a car and ship it to you". To which I responded "since this is the 10th week, you seem to be saying it should arrive at my dealer any time!"

My order is built and in KZ sitting on the Toledo speedway since 1/29.
Ordered 11/28 from Joey Accardi in Pompano Beach, FL. My salesman was great, but knew nothing about the JL yet as there was no launch yet, I knew all the details from JLWF. He was cool though and did exactly what I asked.

Well, I can't truly imagine what you are going through exactly, but I have somewhat of the same frustrations. I ordered about 3 weeks after you (12/20) and went into KZ on the 26th of this month. Since then, I've been sitting somewhere called OTTAWA and chat is telling me my ETA is somewhere past 3/1. Does it really take over a month to ship it?

As a side note, your ordered in Pompano, huh? I bought the F-150 that you seen in my garage in Pompano at the Ford dealer there...used to be called World Ford. Is that place still there?
