What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

My wife has asked that I add a step. These Roam steps look pretty nice. Are they a "rock rail/slide" too? I want a step that doesn't sacrifice ground clearance, but also doesn't give up "rock slider protection".

I have been looking at adding the ACE rails as they extend the rock protection from the factory Rubicon rail, and sort of act as a step. But if ROAM is protection and a step, these could be the winner.

I haven't hit the trail this week since the install. But they are solid for sure, very functional, and looks like they can take a hit no problem. IMO I recommend them... bonus is that the wife loves them and helps her get in and out also

Installed KC Gravity Pro6 lights on the Smittybilt XRC hoop. Very surprised how easy it was to run the wiring harness through the firewall.

Turned off the daytime running lights via settings in the Uconnect. I didn’t know it was going to turn off just the fender flares but I was pleasantly suprised. I would have done it day 1 if I would have known.

Put on my KC 6” Gravity lights. Just haven’t wired them up yet as the wiring harness was missing from my shipment :/

I'm definitely not getting younger and my back does bother me. I finally broke down and got a 2 post lift after every thread I read said "you'll never regret it". Greg Smith Equipment had an 8% off sale and threw in $200 worth of truck attachments. I had to use my engineering mind to put it together solo.
