I would have them send you a new POC (priced order confirmation). Mine shows the date ordered and also the date they printed it, so if it has today’s date and your name is still on it you’re golden.Jay, JWLF Dealer Guy,
I ordered mid December and supposedly went D1 on Jan 12th with an estimated ship date. I never showed up on your D1 list but was able to get updates through chatting with FCA. A week ago FCA told me they can no longer find my VIN or VON. A couple of days later I called them and after 28 min and them trying everything they said sorry, never happened before, contact your dealer. When I call the dealer he says don't worry about it, those guys don't know what they are doing, your order is still in and D1. Does this sound legit? How would you guys and Jeep not have it but just my dealer does? Feels like I'm getting duped. Jeep even asked if they cancelled the order. Help!
I got an updated one on the 18th, same VIN/VON and showing D1-gateline. It was right after that Jeep couldn't find it anymore. Yea, I'll go back in there tomorrow, just curios if anyone else experienced this.I would have them send you a new POC (priced order confirmation). I just checked it again, nothing coming up. It may be in D1, just not logged yet. Your updated VON is 40746048 still right?Jay, JWLF Dealer Guy,

Sooo pretty! Thanks for the overview-appreciate itMcClarty/Daniels in Rogers, Ark. finally has a few on the lot. 2 Rubi's, 1 Sahara and a sport. I was already fired up about my order but seeing one in person was really cool. A few observations. Surprised how much taller the stance is with the 33's. The non-painted top looks great with Granite. It doesn't blend as well in the pics online. Much better in person. I'm glad I went with painted fenders. Oh and the most important to me. I have zero problem with the Red dash now. I almost went tan leather just to avoid the Red dash but I had to have Black seats so I was just going to deal with the Red dash. It's actually not bad. Dare I say looks good. Allot of the pics you see online it looks shiny. It's not. It's kind of satin and not at all in your face, way over the top Red. The interior is such an improvement over the JK. I didn't go with the Black wheels. My thinking was they are nice but not $900 better. Well IMO they are $900 better. Really nice. Again. Much better in person. Jeep pretty much nailed it IMO. I say that without driving it. It's still the Wrangler we love but as a daily driver so much improvement. I'm thinking about cancelling my White order and wait for the Sting-Gray but I will be switching to the Black wheels either way. The Granite is just beautiful in person. We have all seen @Dynomite1371 Rubi. If you think his pics are nice the color in person is sweet. I could go on and on. Nothing we haven't already heard from the guys lucky enough to of taken delivery. I'm just fired up since I finally got to see one on person.ATTACH]11538![]()

You decided on Granite didn't you Smart?Sooo pretty! Thanks for the overview-appreciate it![]()
You are 10.5 hours from Toledo, and they have a 1-month eta?AWESOME!
Just hit KZ today with an ETA of 2/25-3/03. Now I have to hope it gets here before the end of February so I can use my Golden Ticket.
Thanks @JAY and @JLWF Dealer Guy for everything, I know we all really appreciate it.
Yes, with the dual top. I opted for the non-painted hard top. So, pretty excited at how it looks. You decided on Granite didn't you Smart?
Yes. VON and VIN stayed the same. I don't get it, makes no since. Thanks for looking though. I hope I don't have to reorder somewhere else after waiting this long.I just checked it again, nothing coming up. It may be in D1, just not logged yet. Your updated VON is 40746048 still right?
Good choice. I thought Granite was one of the colors that needs to be painted top. The online pics make it look like they aren't close but in person it works. That was my thinking on the White. I can have dual tops or single painted hard top for the same price. I would much rather have the duals. I don't want to go to the back of the line but the Granite may be worth changing. I'm just two weeks in. I bet Kim can change my color without delaying me. Anyway. Good choice. Don't sweat the non-painted top. Looks great.Yes, with the dual top. Such great pictures! So makes me want mine to hurry up more...McClarty/Daniels in Rogers, Ark. finally has a few on the lot. 2 Rubi's, 1 Sahara and a sport. See, even when I look at the pics I took the non-painted top looks like it doesn't match/blend well. In person it doesn't look like that. Weird. ATTACH]11538![]()

Same here. I was already excited but dang they're nice!! It's going to make the wait even harder.Such great pictures! So makes me want mine to hurry up more...
Thank you. Originally I chose the red, but the second order switched to Granite. So far, every color I’ve seen in pics looks great!Good choice.
