Me too. I going Sport S.
Howdy 31,

Interesting, just for fun I spec'd out a 2018 2 dr JK Sport S on the Jeep website.. Guess what, LED headlights are available for the JK .
Go figure the thought process there.

I know. And they are standard on Sahara and Rubicon on the JK.

Good choice. Actually prefer the Sport over the Rubicon as many buy it just for image, little bit impractical too.

We looked at several, drove a Rubicon (wife nixed it because it didn't have the cold weather group), ended up with a sport with the technology group and cold weather group. She's happy

Looks great.

Much prefer the black fenders on the Rubi than the monochromatic look....

I just wanted to add a few pictures of the JLUR that I picked up on Monday night. Overall I'm extremely impressed - and I'll echo others that have said this is much more impressive in person than photos. I'm breaking it in, so no highway miles yet, but I think this thing drives better than my Sierra Denali pick-up. It really gets moving quickly from a stop, even light on the gas. It handles some rather bumpy inner city roads without any problem. I'm shocked in a good way with how smooth this ride is. I'm 6'3" and have absolutely no problem on height or leg room. The uConnect is very nice, and the sound system is more impressive (by far) than the premium sound in my Denali. Overall the comfort is excellent - and this is my DD. The wind noise was ok - it's noticeable but not annoying.

I would like to add a big thanks to Jay & Dealerguy for the tracking updates along the way.

Is there enough room in the engine bay for a dual battery setup?
No. Not in my opinion. Not without moving some things....

Short answer yes, you maps and a few other things can be brought over, depending on your phone settings and what you allow. Im Running Android Note 8. In still learning that side of things, but when you plug your phone in any of the USB jacks you connect to Android Auto. Work around to just charge your phone without connection is to use 12 volt jack with USB adapter. Because the system does so much and phone isn't always need, and once connected to radio normal phone use seems tough or not plausible..

Anything has to be better than the JK.
Not even close, headlights are awesome and interior are real good, and way better than jk. No need to buy Cree led replacement bulbs lol for the interior. You can actually see the floor with interior lights on. And the drivers arm rest lights up when opened at night.

Looking later. I didn't see them.... Could be freedom top bag...
poked for tie downs in freedom panel bag, not there. I'll ask the dealer about those. Looks like any straps will work slots are wide enough..

Dyno, I would be very curious to know if any of the topo maps that are available like topo usa or back country explorer for the android system can be brought over. isaw that there was a video on you tube about enabling your phone to do stuff like that.
