Traded my JLU Sahara. Got a JLU Rubicon.

I installed a 67 Designs rail system and phone mounts. Then, I assembled my TopLiftPros lift, took my hard top off and installed a red spiderweb shade on my bright white JLUR. Put the top back on cuz it's cold.

The big stuff is coming!

I didn't think I was gonna like the grille inserts... I was wrong... well worth my time today.

Changed my oil at 1,500 miles. This was the easiest auto I have performed oil changes on. There is no need to put the car on ramps, the filter is on the top of the engine and you just dump the whole 5qt bottle right in since it takes 5 qts.

Used Pennzoil 0w20 synthetic with the Wix WL10010 filter. I noticed metal flakes on the original filter, which is to be expected from engine break in.

It gets ceramic coated in the morning. Now I’m contemplating debaging to get get complete coating. Suggestions welcome! Waiting on my new Rubi decal from Pixeldecals. Going for a Maob color themed Rubicon. Love the versatility Plasti dip & Pixeldecals gives you! Might go tan accents down the road....
