I thought FWP was invoice? EP seems to be 5% below invoice on my order.

EP= Invoice price.

Just go into your dealer and tell them you want x% below invoice. Lots of dealers will agree to 1% below invoice right off the bat, but people have been getting anywhere between 2-6% below invoice/EP.

No, EP=Employee Pricing and is roughly 5% under invoice. You have to be a FCA Employee or close relative and will get that price at any dealership. You have to have a control # from Fiat Chrysler. If you look at the picture, FWP (next to MSRP) is invoice and FFP is the Affiliate Price (Tread Lightly for instance).

I think EP is employee pricing, the FFP is friends and family pricing (or affiliate/proffered pricing 1% below invoice). HB would be the hold back.

Congrats on your order! Mark must be getting tired of my constant emails asking about build updates(Not much has changed since I ordered on the 30th except I got my VIN #) He did mention they have two JL's(Sport & Sahara) for dealer inventory that are currently in Pearland with an expected arrival date between the 13-18th. I asked if he would let me know when a Rubicon shows up so that I can go take a look at one in person.

I got to say, if this deal goes through as planned it will probably be one of my best vehicle purchases. Working with Mark has been incredibly straightforward and he responds super quick. I might just have a lifetime dealer. This will be my third FCA vehicle I’ve owned. I haven’t decided if I’ll sell or trade my charger in. Going to miss that V8.

There are a few rubicon’s coming in around here which I’m sure they’ll be price gouging. But I plan on just checking them out when they get in.

Tell the dealer you need to take some things off the car before you trade it in, then swap the Hemi for the Pentastar.. maybe they won't notice

I think the JK with a V8 would be nice if they could keep the weight down. I always considered a LS Swap for my JK, but at the end of the day I didn't really "need" the extra power(Even offroad with heavy 37s etc I easily crawled over obstacles with the 3.6l) Sure it would be nice to daily drive, but I drive my Jeep like a grandma b/c lets face it, it will never be a sports car.

Any idea what the finance rate will be? Obviously an awesome price unless a high financing rate negates the savings.

I’d consider buying in ID and taking a road trip to VA.
